Terms of Service

By accessing or using The Crash Out Challenge™ ("the Service"), operated by The Crash Out Challenge ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account, register a team, or enter into a sponsorship agreement.

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

You retain ownership of content you submit (videos, photos, posts). By submitting content you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and promote it in connection with the Service and our marketing.

You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content and consent from any individuals depicted.

Sponsorship packages are billed monthly unless otherwise agreed. Deliverables are fulfilled within the calendar month they are booked. Refunds are not provided for unused deliverables; unfulfilled deliverables due to our failure will be made good or credited.

You agree not to: submit unlawful, harassing, hateful, or infringing content; attempt to access other users' accounts; reverse-engineer or scrape the Service; or use the Service to send spam.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Participation in physical activities is at your own risk; consult a healthcare professional before beginning any wellness program.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD $100, whichever is greater.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-product notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
